Moments of Inspiration
Imagine a room full of enthusiastic people, eyes sparkling and ideas flying through the air. That’s exactly what happened when we sat together. We felt like a group of dreamers who believe they can change the world – or at least the world of Israel’s children.
Vision and Values: Our Compass
We opened the meeting with a deep conversation about our vision and values. Like a family gathering for dinner and retelling their family story, we revisited our narrative. We discovered that our vision – to create an optimal educational environment where every child feels secure and can develop their unique talents – is still strong and lighting our path.

When we started talking about the future, we felt like children planning their dream trip. Ideas popped up from every direction, some big and some small, but all full of hope and optimism. We talked about new ways to reach more children, revolutionary methods to help teachers, and how we can make every school in Israel a place where children truly flourish.

Working together with the L4WB team felt like a reunion of old friends who haven’t seen each other in a long time. We exchanged ideas, learned from each other, and discovered that when we combine our experience with their global knowledge, we can reach amazing places.
