As part of the ACT2GETHER project, we partnered with the National Student and Youth Council for a groundbreaking media initiative: the launch of “Hear Us Out?!” (Shom’im Rega?!)—the official podcast of Israel’s students and youth. Launched on November 20th, the podcast is designed to promote children’s rights and the natural right of young people to express their opinions and be heard across every possible platform.
Youth Talking to Youth
This new podcast puts young people front and center, handing them the microphone to discuss everything that truly matters to them. No more adults talking about youth—this is an authentic, eye-level conversation. Across the episodes, listeners can dive into fascinating discussions on topics such as student rights, healthy sexuality, sports, gaming, and a variety of other current issues that occupy the younger generation. The premiere episode, appropriately titled “By What Right?”, kicked off the season with a deep and engaging discussion about the rights every student is entitled to.

As part of our vision at Education for Life (EFL) to provide youth with the highest level of professional tools, the podcast is filmed and recorded at Videocast Studios, managed by Or Hakim. Working in a professional studio not only ensures a high-quality product but also gives the teens real, hands-on experience in the world of media and digital creation—guaranteeing their voices are heard with uncompromising audio and video quality.
